Conditions

• In the interest of other guests ~ Sorry no smokers.
• Unfortunately we do not consider the apartment suitable for children under 15 years of age.
• Sorry no Pets

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure bookings. The full balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to holiday date.
• A refundable 200 Euro deposit (or Sterling equivalent) to be paid upon arrival against accidental breakages or damage.
• Arrival and departure. To ensure top quality and worry free arrival of all guests, upon departure 62 euro is asked towards:- 'Meet & greet' reception, key/depsoit handovers, linen, cleaning and checking out.
• It is expected that the apartment be left in a clean condition.
• During low season heating is non-inclusive.
• Unless permission is granted at time of booking, sub letting is strictly forbidden.
• The apartment will be available from 3.pm on arrival day. On departure day guests are requested to please vacate before 11 am.
• We strongly advise guests to take out cancelation insurance.

Other than the above items there are no other extra charges you need to budget for.

During your stay you will be left to your own devices, but should you need any assistance during your break we are available.

Not exactly a binding condition, but during your stay we would appreciate it if you could please water the flowers on the terrace!
